This page provides information about exceptions to Keusote’s opening hours for the summer of 2024. 

Adult Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Social Services  

• Social rehabilitation service points will be closed from June 26 to August 4. Unit-specific information is available from the service points. 
• Adult social work and aftercare for young adults will operate with reduced services from June 24 to August 4. 
• The multi-professional employment-promoting TYP service will operate with reduced services from June 24 to August 4. 
• The services of the Work Ability and Employment Support Network and the Työkykyhelppi phone service are closed from July 1st to August 4th, when consultations are not held. The operation will continue again on August 5.
• Health counseling center Tykki will be closed on 25 July 2024. Otherwise, throughout July, Tykki is open normally on Thursdays from 14–16.

Advice and Guidance 

Advice and guidance telephone services will be open from June 3 to August 31, 9 AM to 12 PM:

Chat-services 

Live chat will be closed from June 17 to August 11, 2024. Keusote’s chatbot will serve normally 24/7. 

Administration 

Operations will be reduced during the summer. 

• The registry office (Suutarinkatu 2, Hyvinkää) will be open from June 3 to August 9, Mon-Thu, 9 AM to 2 PM. 
• The data protection unit will be open Mon-Thu, 9 AM to 2 PM. 

Services for the Elderly  

• Daytime activities for the elderly closed July 1–28.  
• The Geriatric Outpatient Clinic is closed from 21 June to 14 July. 

Local Advisory Points  

• Hyvinkää Rentto Family Center, Suutarinkatu 2, local advisory on the 2nd floor in the info lobby: Closed from June 10th to June 30th, 2024. Otherwise open as usual from Tuesday to Thursday 9 AM to 3 PM and Friday 9 AM to 2 PM. 
• Järvenpää Just Social and Health Center, Lääkärinkuja 1, local advisory in the 2nd floor lobby: open normally throughout the summer Tue-Fri, 9 AM to 3 PM.
• Tuusula Hyrylä Health Center, Hyryläntie 13: Open normally in June and August Mon-Wed, 9 AM to 3 PM. Closed from July 1 to August 4. 
• Nurmijärvi Kirkonkylä Health Center, Sairaalantie 2: Open normally in June and August Thu-Fri, 9 AM to 3 PM. Closed from July 1 to August 4. 
• Nurmijärvi Klaukkala Health Center, Vaskomäentie 2: Open normally in June and August Mon, 9 AM to 3 PM. Closed from July 1 to August 4. 
• Mäntsälä Health Center, Kivistöntie 14: Open normally in June and August Mon, 9 AM to 3 PM. Closed from July 1 to August 4. 

Family Center Services 

Family Law Services: 

• The family law unit’s Järvenpää office (Mannilantie 4) will be closed from July 1 to July 14, and the Hyvinkää office (Suutarinkatu 2 D, 3rd floor) will be closed from July 15 to July 28. 
• Centralized appointment booking for child welfare officer as well as guidance and counseling (tel. 019 226 0100) will serve from June 24 to August 4, 2024, Mon-Thu, 11 AM to 12:30 PM. 
• The meeting place Neppari in Hyvinkää and Järvenpää will be closed from July 8 to July 21. During weeks 27 and 30, supervised meetings, support, and supervised exchanges will be organized at the Järvenpää office, and during week 30 only on weekdays. 
• Coordination of family mediation and parenting negotiations will be closed from July 8 to July 21. 

Maternity Clinic Services: 

• Operations will be reduced from June 17 to August 11 and will be centralized between 8 AM to 4 PM. During the summer, the clinics will take care of children aged 0-1, pregnant women, and control visits. 
• Rajamäki, Kellokoski, Jokela, and Pornainen clinics will be closed from July 1 to July 28. 
• Hyvinkää: The Hyvinkää clinic will be open all summer. 
• Järvenpää: The JUST clinic will be open all summer. During the reduced operation period, the JUST clinic will take care of Polle clinic’s clients. 
• Mäntsälä: The Mäntsälä clinic will be open all summer. During the reduced operation period, the Mäntsälä clinic will take care of Pornainen clinic’s clients. 
• Tuusula: The Hyrylä clinic will be open all summer. During the reduced operation period, the Hyrylä clinic will take care of Kellokoski and Jokela clinic’s clients. 
• Nurmijärvi: The Klaukkala and Kirkonkylä clinics will be open all summer. During the reduced operation period, the Kirkonkylä clinic will take care of Rajamäki clinic’s clients. 
• The Maternity Clinic Chat will be closed from June 17 to August 11. 
• The Open Maternity Clinic will operate during the summer at the locations that are open. In Nurmijärvi, the Open Maternity Clinic will operate from July 1 to August 11, alternating weeks between the Klaukkala and Kirkonkylä clinics. 

• Student welfare psychologist and curator services will be closed in July. 

Health Services 

• The Pornainen health station is open until June 28, 2024, on weekdays, Mon-Fri between 8 am and 2 pm.
• Doctor or nurse appointments: Jokela, Kellokoski, Pornainen, and Rajamäki health stations will be closed from July 1 to July 26. 
• Oral health care services: Jokela, Kellokoski, Pornainen, Nurmijärvi Kirkonkylä, and Klaukkala, Gunnarintie dental clinics, as well as the Hyvinkää Sairaalanmäki dental clinic, will be closed from July 1 to July 26.

• Assistive equipment services: The borrowing of assistive equipment will be closed in Pornainen from June 20 to August 6, during which services will be available from other municipalities’ loan offices. 
• Substance abuse and detoxification department, Hyvinkää H-hospital: Closed from June 3 to June 30. 
• Laboratory and imaging services:
  
  • The Pornainen laboratory and mobile sampling in Jokela and Kellokoski will be closed from June 24 to August 11. Check the opening hours of other laboratories from HUS’s website: www.huslab.fi 
  • On Thursday the 20^th of June 2024 the Tuusula x-ray unit closes exceptionally at 14.00. Tuusula’s X-ray unit is closed from June 21 to August 4, 2024. Services for the Disabled 

• Daytime activities: Askare, Isännäntie, Woimala, and Kettunen will be closed from July 1 to July 28. Mutteri, Mesikämmen, Helmi, Hehku, Himmeli, Kipinä, and Svengi will be closed from July 1 to July 29. Villakko will be closed from June 24 to July 28. 
• Personal assistance service will operate on a reduced basis from June 3 to August 11. The customer service number tel. 019 226 0423 will serve from 9 AM to 12 PM, there may be delays in answering calls and call requests. 
• The Personal Assistance Center will operate on a reduced basis from June 3 to August 11. The customer service number tel. 019 226 0422 will serve from 9 AM to 12 PM, there may be delays in answering calls and call requests.
