Vaccination services
Vaccination services provide basic vaccinations and boosters included in the national vaccination program free of charge and without a prescription. The nurses administer vaccinations at the following locations: in Hyvinkää at Rentto, in Nurmijärvi at Klaukkala Health Center, in Mäntsälä at Mäntsälä Health Center, in Järvenpää at JUST, and in Tuusula at South Tuusula Health and Social Welfare Centre.
Vaccinations under the national vaccination program for children and adolescents (excluding influenza and corona vaccinations) are given at maternity and child health clinics or schools. Self-purchased vaccines for children and adolescents can be obtained through vaccination services.
The nurses at vaccination services provide advice and guidance on vaccinations for travelers and other self-purchased vaccines. Vaccination services also issue necessary prescriptions for obtaining vaccines. Prescriptions, vaccinations, and guidance are free of charge for you.
