Phone Numbers for Care Teams

Each customer is assigned a care team. In your care team, familiar professionals will assist you to ensure smooth communication and strengthen the continuity of your care.​ If you need treatment on the same day, other healthcare professionals will also assist you to provide help as quickly as possible.

How does it work?

Call your care team’s number. You can find your care team’s phone number in the list below, based on your municipality and the first letter of your surname.​

  • If you need treatment on the same day, press 3 to select urgent care (8 AM–4 PM). Calls are answered directly. Between 8 AM and 10 AM, in addition to waiting in line, you can leave a callback request. The first available nurse will assist you.​
  • For other matters, press 2 to select non-urgent care (8 AM–12 PM). We recommend that you leave the request for a callback, but you can also stay on the line and wait. A professional from your personal team will assist you.​
  • For canceling an appointment, press 1 (8 AM–4 PM). You can leave a callback request (24/7). ​

Leave a callback request by listening to the recording until the end and then hanging up. Your number will be saved automatically. You can leave one callback request at a time for each line. ​

For non-urgent matters and for canceling an appointment, you can stay on the phone line for 30 minutes, after which the call will be disconnected but registered as a callback request. There is no time limit for waiting on the urgent care line.
