Medical Helpline serves only urgent matters in the evenings, at night, and on weekends/public holidays. On weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM, please call the Helpline for urgent care at 019 226 0505 or contact your own care team.

Call the Medical Helpline for urgent care needs when health centers are closed. We will guide you to the appropriate location for treatment. If your condition can be treated with self-care, we will provide you with care instructions.

If you call 116117 from a location that is close to the border of Uusimaa, it may be picked up by a base station in another hospital district. You can contact the Uusimaa Medical Helpline specifically by calling 09 471 72328.
