Call only for urgent matters when you need care on the same day. Through the phone service, you can also cancel your booked appointment. For other matters, please contact your care team.

The phone service is available on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. At other times, if you need urgent care, contact the Emergency Helpline at 116117.

In life-threatening situations, such as severe chest pain, sudden breathing difficulties, unconsciousness, paralysis symptoms, or seizures, always call 112.
