Our registry deals with administrative matters, such as sending reminders and handling complaints and requests for rectification. Please do not send sensitive information or personal data by regular email. See below for instructions on how to use our secure email service.

Your local health centre handles, for example, appointment bookings and cancellations, repeat prescriptions, new patient registration and medical proxy arrangements. If you have a question related to social assistance, please contact your local social services for adults.

Enter your own email address in the sender field and your four-digit identifier in the number field. Type kirjaamo.hva@keusote.fi in the recipient field. Type your message, attach any files you want to include and press send.
